Yin for Self Love 6-week Series with Common Ground Healing Arts
Thursdays, Oct. 17 - Nov. 21, from 7:00-8:15PM
Pay-What-You-Can just $30-$120!
Take some time for self-care with this series focused on cultivating self-love. Yin is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for longer periods of time, from 3-5 minutes or more. Yin opens up connective tissues and helps release the fascia, as well as increases circulation, improves flexibility, and improves joint mobility. Longer holds allow for a more meditative practice, giving time to turn inward to calm and balance the mind and body. Find peace in passive floor poses and explore the supportiveness of props. Explore deep stretches, expansive heart-openers and poses that encourage self-love and acceptance while helping you cultivate inner and outer strength.
